Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

• We ship through reputed courier partners (such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, etc.) depending on your location.
• Estimated delivery time within India is usually 3–7 business days after dispatch.
• Delivery timelines may vary for remote or out-of-service areas.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you place your order.
• We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, which will be mentioned on the product page or during checkout.

Tracking Your Order

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and link via email/SMS.
• You can track your shipment on the courier partner’s website until it reaches you.

Address Accuracy

• Please ensure your shipping address, phone number, and pin code are accurate.
• We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Delivery Attempts

• Our courier partners will make up to two attempts to deliver your package.
• If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.

International Shipping

• Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Orders are delivered within India only. (You can update this if you plan to ship globally.)

Damaged or Lost Packages

• If you receive a damaged package, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item.
• We will investigate and assist with replacements/refunds as per our Return Policy.
• In rare cases of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue or refund you.
